MANAGING DIRECTOR

He loves challenges and especially the impossible ones.
Since 2003, it takes every hour humanly exploitable to create Elemental Holding, a group of 6 innovative companies.
Accademia Italiana Videogiochi, the largest Institute for video game learning in Italy; Mindblast for live events with which invents and produces Romics G.E., Let’s Play and the presence in major fairs; MegaTube and the Grow Up Network for the management of the greatest Italian creators; Ignition Publishing.

STEFANO SILVESTRI
GENERAL MANAGER

Born in 1970, he waited all of his childhood waiting for something more fun than ring-around-the-rosey and jump rope. His faith was rewarded by video games, which he followed since their beginning. Soon after his tenth birthday he finds himself in the hi-fi department at Metro, explaining Donkey Kong’s Game & Watch, still japanese at the time, to the curious clients. His career as “video game populizer” starts here. The passage from black and white video games to the ones we know today has been studded by everything playable that ever existed in the last 30 years. Since 1995 he was able to make a living out of video games journalism, with stubbornness and recklessness.

FABIO NEGRI
BRAND DIRECTOR

Marketing specialist with over ten years of experience in the international reality for brand and product management (including Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy, Cooking Mama, Resident Evil, MotoGP, WWE, Pro Evolution Soccer, Zumba Fitness, Company Of Heroes, ARMA Armed Assault).

KATJA CENTOMO
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES MANAGER

With sixteen years of experience leading the editorial Red Whale, worked in the field of comics, cartoons and narrative boys, for companies such as Disney, Mondadori, Piemme, DeAgostini and Rainbow, serving international properties, such as Geronimo Stilton and the Winx. After the creation of Monster Allergy, a series spread all over the world, as author she published four novels for Einaudi Ragazzi. It’s due to this cultivated experience she is able to lead and develop Ignition Publishing’s IPs in a narrative, strategic and – in collaboration with the  Sciarretta Law Firm – on the legal one.

EMANUELE SCIARRETTA
LEGAL

Owner of the Sciarretta Law Firm, practicing law for eighteen years, alternating between the classroom and out-of-court activities that has eventually led him to specialize in contracts, company law and above all copyright law, the sphere of which follows the evolution and the adaptation to new technologies and of which he deepens his knowledge also thanks to his passion for reading, cinema and comics, for which he has also worked for years as a journalist.

With over 10 years of experience ensuring the quality and reliability of reports on digital traffic and achieving the best results / expense ratio by getting the banner wherever you need and want it.

MARGHERITA LAMI
ADMINISTRATION

Project Manager in the wind and renewable industries, abandoned a promising career to truly enter into the world of video games. She supports the Eurogamer project and since then, her interest in video games has been fully expressed.
